Just when we thought we were nearly there we have a new set of delays. We are still waiting fro one last piece of paperwork from our vendors solicitor. Given the time it has taken for them to deal with the rest of the stuff I am not holding my breath.
The next news is that the vendors are going away for the half term holidays, just when we wanted to move. I'm still pretty angry over this, I mean who forgets to tell people that they have a holiday booked when they are planning to move house!
The latest plan (well on our end, we haven't cleared it with anyone else) is that we will exchange contract this week, BEFORE the vendors go away and then move on the 4th of November. While it's not the ideal date it is at least a date that we can start working towards.
