Settling in

We are all pretty settled into our new house now. With the help of my parents the first room has been painted and Daniel has time off this week to work on the next one.

Even the conservatory is getting used. After being aired out for a few weeks and having dusted thoroughly we've put the children's trampoline in there. They are having a great time with it, especially since its been to wet to play outside.

There are changes afoot to the morning routine too. We've bought a bike trailer to make the journey to school a bit quicker. Esme gets to go on her scooter and Alex gets towed along. That said we didn;t brave the high winds and rain of last week. Here's hoping for better weather this week.

The children are settling in and enjoying having more space to play



And of course we've had our first celebration in the new house. Alex's birthday, complete with dragon cake
