Banana muffins

We've had some bananas in the fruit bowl for a while, and they were going a little soft. The children have been counting through the bunch and making sure that there are three left. Three is the magic number of soft bananas as it's the number needed to make banana muffins

Esme has a club after school on Thursday so Alex and I decided to make them while she was out.

I think as far as Alex is concerned the only thing better than banana muffins is star shaped banana muffins.

I'm told they were yummy.
