yes that's right, ducks!
This weekend we were away at the Woodcraft Folk Annual Gathering and AGM, this year held in a small and extremely muddy scout camp in central London. It was quite a strange experience to be camping quite so close to civilisation and given the weather I'm sure the locals thought we must be mad, they may have a point.
Despite the weather it was actually quite a good weekend. I got to see people I haven;t seen for ages and the kids seemed to really enjoy their activities. Esme was able to light her own little fire and they both got to toast marshmallows and they have both come back with quite a lot of things they have made in the craft sessions.
